Bulk transcript for TikToks, Reels and Shorts

Paste up to 50 video links at once and get a bulk transcript of every one. The run works in the background and files each transcript into one project you can hand to ChatGPT.

Bulk mode comes with every plan, from $5.90 a month. Free accounts can paste a list and preview it first.

  • Up to 50 links per bulk run
  • Failed videos are never charged
  • Close the tab, it keeps going
The bulk box sorts a messy list before any transcript is charged.

What a bulk transcript run does

A bulk transcript run takes a list of video links and turns every one into a transcript, without you pasting them one by one. Paste up to 50 TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook or RedNote links into one box, mixed in any order. The bulk run works through them in the background and files each transcript into a single project.

Copying transcripts one at a time is fine for three videos. At thirty it eats an afternoon: open the video, paste the link, wait for the transcript, copy, switch tabs, repeat. Bulk mode does the waiting for you, and you come back to one folder with every transcript in it.

How to get a bulk transcript in four steps

  1. Collect the links. Tap Share, then Copy link, in the TikTok or Instagram app, or copy links from a creator's grid on a computer. Keep them in a note or a spreadsheet column.
  2. Paste the bulk list. Open My transcripts, switch to Many links and paste. A list with notes, emoji or commas in it is fine: the bulk box picks out the links and skips the rest.
  3. Check, then start. Each line says whether it will become a transcript and what that transcript costs. The bulk box shows the minimum minutes for the whole run and your balance before you press start.
  4. Use the transcripts. Open the project when the bulk run finishes. Copy for ChatGPT, download the project as one Markdown file, or read each transcript with timestamps.

What the bulk box does with a messy list

Most bulk lists are messy: a link pasted twice, a video whose transcript you got last week, a post that was deleted. The bulk box sorts all of that before a single transcript is charged.

When a link in the bulk run fails

Bulk tools fail in two annoying ways: one bad link stops the whole bulk run, or you pay for videos that never came back. Neither happens here.

  • The rest keep going. A failed line never blocks the other transcripts in the bulk run. It says why it failed: private, deleted, a photo post, no speech, or our service was busy.
  • Failures cost nothing. Minutes are only spent when a transcript comes back. A failed transcript in a bulk run is free, the same as a failed single transcript.
  • Retry one line. If a video failed because we were busy, Retry runs just that transcript again instead of the whole bulk list.
  • Another route first. When one way to fetch a video is blocked, another is tried before the transcript is marked failed. Live success rates per platform are on the status page.

Who uses bulk transcripts

  • Creators studying a niche paste 30 top videos from accounts they admire and read the hooks transcript by transcript, instead of replaying each one.
  • UGC and ad teams keep a bulk swipe file of competitor ads: every ad transcript in one project, ready to sort by angle or offer.
  • Agencies pull bulk transcripts of a client's back catalog to find the lines worth turning into captions, emails or new scripts.
  • Researchers collect a bulk set of videos on one topic and hand every transcript to ChatGPT or NotebookLM for questions across all of them.

What bulk mode does not do

Being clear about the edges saves you a wasted bulk run:

  • No profile, channel or playlist import. The bulk box takes video links, not a username. Copy the links you want; on a computer, a creator's grid is quick to copy from.
  • No file upload. Bulk transcripts come from public links only, not MP4 files from your drive.
  • No summaries. You get the full transcript of what was said, with timestamps. Ask ChatGPT for the summary once the bulk project is ready.
  • Public videos only. Private accounts, Stories and members-only videos can't be opened from a link.

Bulk transcript pricing

A bulk transcript costs the same per video as a single transcript: 1 minute credit per started minute of video, or 1 per started 5 minutes for YouTube videos with the creator's own captions. The transcript of a 40-second TikTok is 1 minute. Links already in your library are free, and failed transcripts are free.

Bulk mode is part of every plan, from Lite at 300 minutes a month to Agency at 4,000. A bulk run of 50 short videos usually needs 50 to 100 minutes. If your balance can't cover the whole bulk list, you can run the first part now or top up with a one-time pack. Plans and packs are on the pricing page.

Bulk transcript FAQ

How many links fit in one bulk transcript run?

Up to 50 links per bulk run, and up to 200 links in bulk runs per day. One bulk run goes at a time: start the next as soon as the current one is done or cancelled. A single transcript pasted on its own never waits for a bulk run.

Which platforms work in bulk?

TikTok, Instagram Reels and video posts, YouTube videos and Shorts, X, Facebook and RedNote, mixed in one list. The videos must be public. Private accounts, Stories and members-only videos can't be opened from a link, so they show as unusable before you start.

Can I paste a TikTok profile, a YouTube channel or a playlist?

No. There is no profile, channel or playlist import; the bulk box takes video links. Copy the links of the videos you want and paste them in any shape, from a spreadsheet column to a chat full of notes. If you need every caption from a long YouTube channel, a channel export tool is the better fit.

What does a bulk transcript cost?

The same as one link: 1 minute credit per started minute of video, or 1 per started 5 minutes for YouTube videos with the creator's own captions. Links you already transcribed are free, failed videos are free, and the bulk box shows the minimum before you start. Plans: $5.90 a month for 300 minutes, $9.90 a month for 1,000 minutes, $29.90 a month for 4,000 minutes.

Can I try bulk mode for free?

Free accounts can paste a bulk list and see what each transcript would cost, but starting the run needs a plan. New accounts get 30 free credits, which work for links pasted one at a time.

What happens when one video in the bulk list fails?

The rest keep going. The failed line says why (private, deleted, a photo post, no speech, or our service was busy) and that transcript costs nothing. A video that failed because we were busy gets a Retry button that runs just that one again.

Do I have to keep the page open?

No. A bulk run works in the background, so you can close the tab. Runs of 10 links or more send an email when every transcript is done; you can turn it on for smaller runs, or off, in Settings.

How do I get every transcript out at once?

Open the project the bulk run filled. Copy for ChatGPT puts every transcript and a research prompt on your clipboard, and Download saves the whole project as one Markdown file. Each transcript can also be copied or downloaded on its own as TXT, SRT or VTT.

How long can each video be?

Up to 60 minutes per video in a bulk run, or 3 hours for YouTube videos with the creator's own captions. A longer link shows as too long in the list and is left out before anything is charged.
