Do credits expire?
Credits last 12 months from the day you buy them.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per pack. Nothing renews, and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once you've used any credits from a pack, it can't be refunded. Failed transcripts never use credits in the first place. See the Refund Policy for details.
Are failed transcripts charged?
No. If a transcript fails for any reason, the credit is returned automatically.
Do credits work on all my devices?
Yes. Credits belong to your account, so they work on any browser or device where you're signed in.
