Refund Policy

Failed transcripts are always free

If a transcript fails — the video is private, deleted, has no speech, or we cannot fetch it — no free transcript or credit is used. You do not need to ask.

Unused credit packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Used packs are not refundable

Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack cannot be refunded — not even partly. If a transcript was clearly broken on our side, contact us and we will return the credits it used (as credits, not money).

Expired credits

Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Write to us from the email on your account with the date of purchase. See the Contact page. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
