How to transcribe multiple TikTok videos at once: paste up to 50 links, get every transcript in one project and take them all to ChatGPT. Reels and Shorts too.
How to transcribe multiple TikTok videos at once: copy the links, paste up to 50 of them into one box, and let the batch run while you do something else. Every TikTok transcript lands in one project, which you can hand to ChatGPT in one click. The same box takes Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, so a mixed list is fine.
This guide walks through Many links in My transcripts, the batch mode that comes with every plan. If you only need one video, the TikTok transcript tool is quicker.
Collect the TikTok links first
There is no "import this account" button here, so the first job is a list of links. Two ways to get them:
- In the TikTok app, open a TikTok, tap Share, then Copy link. Paste it into a note and repeat.
- On tiktok.com, open the creator's profile, right-click a video in the grid and choose Copy link address. On a computer this is much faster for 20 or 30 TikToks.
Short links from the app (vm.tiktok.com) work too. You don't need to tidy the list: a spreadsheet column, a chat message with links and notes mixed in, or one long line separated by commas all work.
Paste up to 50 links
Open My transcripts and switch from One link to Many links. The box says "Paste up to 50 links". Paste your list; a second later each line shows what it will do:

Repeats are matched by video, not by text, so a link with tracking bits like ?is_from_webapp=1 still counts as the first one. Links past 50 are left out, and Copy the links left out puts them on your clipboard for the next batch.
Pick a project and check the minutes
Under Save to, keep A new project (it is named after the date and time, and you can rename it) or pick one you already have. Every TikTok joins the project the moment the batch starts, so you see the rows fill in.
The Minutes check box shows the least the batch can cost. Each TikTok costs 1 minute per started minute of video, so a 45-second clip is 1 and a 3:10 clip is 4. TikTok doesn't tell us a video's length until we open it, so the check counts each one at 1 minute and the real length is charged when it finishes. YouTube lengths are known up front.
If your minutes don't cover the whole list, the start button is replaced by three choices: Transcribe the first however many your balance covers, Buy minutes, or upgrade your plan.
Let the batch run in the background
Press Transcribe 50 links (the number matches your list). A yellow bar says "Working in the background" with a progress count, and you can close the page. The batch keeps going on our side.
Two TikToks from a batch run at a time, and single links never wait behind a batch, so a big batch doesn't make the site slow for anyone else. On the live site the median wait for one video is about 12 seconds, which puts 50 short TikToks at roughly five minutes. Long videos take longer.
While it runs, each row moves from Queued to Transcribing… to Done:
- Failed rows say why. If our service was busy, use Retry on that row or Retry all that can be retried at the top. A private or deleted TikTok can't be retried, and nothing is charged for it.
- If your minutes run out halfway, the batch stops at "Out of minutes" and the rest wait. Top up, then press Continue.
- Cancel the rest stops what hasn't started. Nothing is charged for those.
Get an email when it's done
Batches of 10 links or more tick Email me when this batch is done for you. Smaller ones don't, since they usually finish while you're still looking, but you can tick it yourself. The email says how many finished, how many minutes it used and how many failed, with a button back to the project. It never includes the transcripts themselves.
To stop these emails, go to Settings → Profile and switch off "Email me when a batch of links finishes or pauses".
Take the whole batch to ChatGPT
In the project, press Copy all for ChatGPT. It copies every finished TikTok transcript, numbered and timestamped, with a research prompt in front. The prompt asks ChatGPT for:
- the hooks these TikToks use in their first 3 seconds, grouped and quoted;
- how most of them are built (hook, setup, proof, offer, call to action) and which ones break the pattern;
- the claims and phrases that come up again and again;
- then what you want to make, so it can help you plan your own.
It also tells ChatGPT to cite the video number and timestamp and not to invent numbers. Paste it into a new chat and you have a competitor breakdown of 50 TikToks instead of one.
For a long batch, Download Markdown (.md) gives you the same transcripts as one file, which is safer than a single huge message and works in Claude or Notion too. If you want to see what a single TikTok script looks like line by line first, read TikTok script examples.

Reels and Shorts work the same way
Nothing changes for other platforms. Copy an Instagram Reel's link from Share → Copy link or the … menu, copy a YouTube Short's link from Share, and paste them in the same list as your TikToks. What it won't do
- It won't pull every video from a profile or playlist. You paste the links.
- It won't transcribe private videos, Stories or posts that are photos only.
- It won't take files. Links only.

FAQ
- How many TikTok videos can I transcribe at once?
- Up to 50 links per batch, and up to 200 links in batches per day. You can start the next batch as soon as the current one is done or cancelled.
- Can I paste a TikTok profile and get every video?
- No. There is no whole-account or playlist import. Copy the links of the videos you want and paste them; the box picks the links out of whatever you paste, so a list copied from a spreadsheet or a chat works.
- What happens to links I already transcribed?
- They show as "Already transcribed · free", go into the same project and cost nothing. The same link and spoken language counts as the same transcript.
- Am I charged for TikToks that fail?
- No. A private, deleted or photo-only post fails without using minutes. If a video failed because our service was busy, Retry runs just that one again.
- Can free accounts paste many links?
- Free accounts can paste a list and see what each link would do, but starting the batch needs a plan. Without one, paste the links one at a time.
